1. Cancellation:
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
2. Return (if applicable):
International shipping is expensive, so we do not accept any returns after you accept delivery! If you receive the wrong product or defective product, please provide a picture and contact us at joylinlee@outlook.com After confirmation, we will provide a refund or replacement, no need to send anything back to us! If you want to return it, we will not cover the shipping cost. Feel free to give us your feedback on anything, your opinion is important to us.
